Applications: Irrigation, Workshop, Generating Set, Floor Mill, Huller, Cotton Ginning Expeller, Concrete Mixer, Vibrator, Drilling Machine, Winch Crab, Sugar Can Crusher, Power Loom, Building Material Lifting.

• Type : Vertical, Single cylinder, water / air cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition, four stroke, cold start, Light Weight diesel engine.
• Combustion Chamber : Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminium alloy piston with long stem multihole nozzle result in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
• Fuel System : High speed diesel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient replaceable paper element type main filter.
• Lubrication : Engine's moving parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. A throwaway type bypass filter is provided for filtering the lubricating oil. Lub. oil is supplied under constant pressure by lub. oil-pump.
• Governing : A sensible centrifugal type governor mounted on camshaft gear. Speed variation is controlled within limits to comply with class B1 governing as per IS : 11170. Class A2 gov. engine can be provided on demand for genset application.
• Cooling : Water cooled engine is continuous cooled by flow of water. Air cooled engine is cooled by air flow generated with the help of fan mounted on flywheel called conventional cooling.
• Rotation : Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel. Engine with reverse rotation can be provided on demand.
• Starting : The engine is designed for starting by hand. Electric start provision can also be provided against specific requirement.
• Drive : Standard power take off is from flywheel side. Power take off from gear end at half speed can be provided on demand.
• Standard Accessories : Starting handle, Exhaust Silencer, Air Cleaner & Spanner Set, Screw Driver.
