RUGGED DESIGN
Extreme of heat and cold, high mountain altitudes nothing bothers the RAJDOOT diesel engines. Rugged design and reserve power enables it to function without fuss and complaints in temperatures as high as 50o and as low as -10o C. and as well as in very high altitudes.
QUICK START ENGINES
The direct injection system, the directional air inlet port and high flywheel inertia ensures that the engine kicks to life without fuss and bother even in extremes of cold and heat. The direct injection system provides the ideal combustion of low fuel consumption with low exhaust emission. Pollutants like NOX (Oxide of nitrogen) and carbon particles are kept to a minimum, and smoke emission is almost invisible. This makes the RAJDOOT engines not only eco-friendly but also economically efficient.

Cold start single/double cylinder, water/air-cooled, totally enclosed, compression-ignition 4 stroke diesel engines
COMBUSTION
Open type combustion chamber in an aluminum alloy piston.
LUBRICATION
Force feed by plunger type/gear type oil pump to main, large end and extension shaft bearings. Other parts are splash lubricated. Bypass filters are provided to clean the engine oil.
GOVERNING
The engines are fitted with automatic speed governing arrangement to generate 1500 rpm an load and at no-load continuously.
LOW OPERATING COST
With RAJDOOT diesel engines you get both of worlds: Higher utilization of power and sharply reduced operating costs. Unlike many comparable engines, all RAJDOOT diesel engines operate at fully 100 of there declared ratings. Ratings do not undergo reduction even under sustained use.
